Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst, Financial Management Transformation

Job Description:

Provide support to DSD Laboratories’ US Air Force Financial Management transformation initiative through industry-leading process improvement and change management methodologies

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following functions:

• Gather and document process requirements
• Review functional and industry best practices and perform gap analysis
• Design and implement end-state solutions
• Develop and execute test plan and cases
• Identify training requirements
• Develop and implement change management plan
• Facilitate meetings with management and/or government personnel

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of professional services/management consulting experience
• Must have excellent communication, writing, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• BA/BS in finance or related field
• Position requires an active DoD secret and/or top secret security clearance or the ability to obtain to obtain one

Desired Qualifications:

• 4 years of professional services/management consulting experience
• Change Management/Program Management experience
• Knowledge of Air Force Financial Management organization
• Strong facilitation experience
• Previous experience working under a Federal contract or subcontract
• MA/MBA
